Coastal Homes, a division of SeaGate Homes, is a family-owned and operated company which was founded in 1994 by John R. Gazzoli, a former real estate development executive with ITT. Today, his sons and daughter are responsible for the company’s day to day operations.

In 1994, when my father, John Gazzoli started SeaGate Homes, his goal was to build the highest quality homes with the best value in Northeast Florida. Since that time, we have built over 2,300 single-family homes with that single goal in mind.
As one of the largest privately-owned homebuilding companies in the region, we continue to provide homes in some of the area's most desirable neighborhoods. We are proud of our accomplishments and look forward to providing quality homes for Florida residents for years to come.
