Palm Coast, Fla. (November 4, 2005) --- SeaGate Communities, a subsidiary of SeaGate Homes, has hired Jason Gambone as Director of Planning and Community Relations.  Most recently, Gambone was the Development Service Director with the city of Palm Coast and has a degree in City and Regional Planning from Ohio State University.  Gambone will oversee land planning and entitlement for SeaGate Communities, a development company focused primarily on designing and developing new home communities for Florida builder SeaGate Homes.  Gambone comes to SeaGate after five years with the city of Palm Coast.

"We feel very fortunate to have someone of Jason's caliber join our team.  He was instrumental in building and leading the city of Palm Coast's Planning Department and his experience at the local government level will help us improve existing, and develop new relationships with local municipalities as we continue to grow and enter new markets," said SeaGate Home's President Robert Gazzoli.
