Model Homes Open

Three model homes are open in the Edgewater Lakes community off U.S. Highway 1 in Edgewater. The models, The Kent, The Brighton and The laurel II, range from 2,394 to 2,916 square feet.

Pre-construction prices start in the $160,000's, including homesite.

Buyers have a choice of more than 24 floor plans and will receive advice from a professional design consultant during the selection process.

Edgewater Lakes, which will have more than 300 single-family homes built in three phases, will include a community swimming pool, a sundeck and cabana, and lawn care in select neighborhoods. All homes include a 15-year structural warranty.

The builder, SeaGate of Flagler County is a 14-year-old family owned company that specializes in customized homes.
